Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Setup:
Install, test, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration units, throughout the shopping mall.
Assist in the setup of new HVAC systems during construction or renovation of the mall.
System Maintenance:
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize system failures.
Clean and replace filters, lubricate moving parts, check refrigerant levels, and ensure that all components are functioning correctly.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems and perform repairs as needed.
Respond promptly to HVAC-related complaints or system malfunctions and ensure fast resolution.
Replace defective components such as thermostats, compressors, fans, coils, and ductwork.
Temperature Control and Monitoring:
Ensure that the mall’s temperature, humidity, and air quality are at optimal levels for both tenants and visitors.
Work with the Building Management System (BMS) operator to monitor and adjust HVAC settings for energy efficiency.
