Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and Operate Building Systems:
Oversee the operation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), lighting, electrical systems, fire alarms, and security systems.
Use the BMS software to track the performance of various building systems and troubleshoot any issues.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Respond to any system alerts or failures in the BMS and work to diagnose and resolve issues.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
Data Logging and Reporting:
Maintain records of system performance, incidents, and any maintenance performed.
Prepare and submit regular reports on building system status and energy consumption to management.
